We were going to just paint and refresh our Living Room recently. When we tore off the baseboards we noticed that the work that was done when we changed out our  Bay window years ago had  rotted. We set about getting estimates from companies we had worked with before, as well as two companies we found online with good reviews. From the minute Will and Shannon stepped into our home and spoke about how they wanted to redo and rebuild the whole front of the house by building up starting with concrete block so we would not have the issue again, we knew that they would most likely be the ones we would choose. We looked through all estimates and while they were not the cheapest, they were actually the highest estimate, we chose them to do the work. We also added a tile project by our front entrance that we wanted to do. The workmanship including the stucco outside, and the drywall along with the tile work was first rate. They worked efficiently and were great at keeping the project clean. The guys who work with them were also amazing and we were very impressed by how Will and Shannon took the time to mentor their employees. They were patient and great at explaining why you do things a certain way. We had a very complicated problem with our raised deck/porches. Over the year water had deteriorated the concrete and tie beams support. Over time it could have led to a catastrophic collapse. From the start we were impressed with the confidence and the detailed plans they in conjunction with  structural engineers devised to correct the problem. They took the time to jack and brace the structure so the demolition of the tie beams could be done without compromising the structural integrity of the house. Everyone on the crew from top to bottom worked hard and did a phenomenal job at the end of each day cleaning up. And they was no small task. We have never had contractors clean up from themselves as well. To a person, they were always friendly and helpful. However, it became abundantly clear that they all knew what they were doing. We highly recommend and appreciate Tr. Goins LLC for doing a high quality, expeditious, complete and honest full home renovation of our 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom single family home for a reasonable price. This was a big project where everything was fully renovated including full kitchen with brand new granite countertops, beautiful cabinets, appliances plus complete bathrooms renovations with a walk-in shower, wall tile and restoration of the 3 bedrooms, living and dining rooms, garage and exterior touch ups. In the selection process, we got detailed quotes from multiple contractors and after careful review of the plans, price and reputation of the companies, we selected Trace from Tr. Goins LLC. The communication was the best part of working with them. They promptly replied to questions via messaging, emails and phone calls and follow through with the tasks quickly and without issues. After the project was done we did an inspection and Trace resolved all finding promptly without problems. Then a third party did a second inspection and everything passed with flying colors except one minor thing that Trace corrected right away without additional charges. Trace sent Cliff up to our home to repair some hurricane damage to our stucco house.  Cliff was clearly very good at the complicated process of stuccoing walls and blending it so it was invisible.  It now looks great! The whole process was clearly communicated in advance, and Cliff's time estimate was right on. I am not an experienced builder at all, just a consumer. This company was by far the most professional I’ve worked with in this industry. I sent in an inquiry on their website, and someone came out the very next day to check the damage and give me an estimate. The price was very fair, and the quality of the work was excellent. The team that came to my house was knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. They did the repair quickly and carefully, and even went above and beyond to make sure the problem wouldn’t happen again, by adding a gutter to my second story roof, to push the water away from the face of my house. During April and May 2025, we had a total kitchen remodeling project completed by Tr Goins LLC. This project was much bigger than we thought it was going to be, and Trace successfully took over the project with his team. He kept communications open and would keep us posted as to how things were going. His team   was polite, responsive and caring, "top notch". We have been impressed with the work they have done and how clean they left the house when they were done. Trace takes pride in giving his customers what they want, and he always would touch base and follow up on any concerns we had. He was not happy until we were happy with the project. Wow! Tr. Goins LLC has an amazing crew! They did our framing, insulation, drywall, and installed our mini splits and compressor. They were timely, responsive, professional, and executed with excellence. The owner, Trace is the best in the business! His estimates and final invoice matched. He uses a user-friendly Customer Management System (CRM) that provides itemized estimates and invoices making it easy to budget and pay for projects. Recently we had TR Goins do a partial bathroom remodel removing the deck/tub  and existing wall tile, rerouting the plumbing and replacing with new walls, wall tile and floor tile and a soaking tub. After getting quotes from 3 highly recommended companies,  TR Goins was the only one that stepped up with renderings of what the completed project would look like, which was so helpful for us to see what we envisioned come to life.  From start to finish the crew was on time, friendly and considerate, maintained constant contact, fixed an  unexpected problem with better product than the original without extra charge , did more repair than expected/required, worked   full days, cleaned up and took away all debris and trash.  But, I have to say without a doubt, Shannon is the person you  want to have on your project.  She coordinated all of the work/workers, did all  the renderings, graciously made the changes we requested (many more than what was fair of us to ask), was on site several times,  answered all our questions and guided us with what were our best options.  She is a super hard worker, extremely professional and just a nice person.  I rate this company a 10+, where the integrity is outstanding!  Highly recommended.

We had a very positive experience with TR Goins. The scope of work was tile floor installation in two bedrooms/closets, drywall repairs and trim replacement throughout our home due to water damage. Noteworthy positives were the excellent communication throughout the process and high-quality workmanship. Shannon and Trace always kept us updated on the status of the project from initial quote to completion of the project and current status throughout. The cost was competitive with other quotes we received, and I received a military discount for being retired Navy. We are home owners in heritage palms. Our master bedroom had not had a remodel in 25 years. Trace, owner of TRGoins, came in with his designer Shannon and recommended a design that brought the space up to date at Avery reasonable cost. Unlike other contractors, Trace does not give you one lump sum for the job, instead he gives you the cost of doing each specific element of the job. His approach gave us control over the total cost. His trades workers came on time and worked a full day. Work continued on the job, without interruption,until it was completed. As for payments, we payed him one-third of the cost in advance and final payment upon completion. Trace is a first class professional and his crew have exceptional trades skills. Tr Goins did a complete remodel of the Master Bathroom and laid tile, fixed pocket doors and painted the Master Bedroom. They also updated the Kitchen Ceiling adding LED lighting and Crown Molding with indirect lighting. They also repaired the ceiling in the Lanai. Throughout the whole process someone was here almost everyday. We are so happy with the results we have decided to have them remodel the Guest Bedroom and Bath.
